Itinerary
On arrival at Kigali International Airport, your Safari guide, who will transfer you to the east of Rwanda to Akagera National Park that borders Tanzania, will meet you.
Dinner and overnight at Akagera Game Lodge
You will have an early morning game drive in the park. During the safari/game drive, you may see a variety of game like elephants, hippos, giraffes, buffalo, impalas, baboons, among others, and a variety of bird life, getting back in time for breakfast.
In the afternoon, drive down to Lake Ihema for a boat ride, getting back in time for dinner.
Dinner and overnight at Akagera Game Lodge
Head out for another safari/game drive, getting back in time for breakfast before starting on your drive back to Kigali in time for your departure flight.
