No refund can be made with less than 30 days’ notice. No partial refund will be given once a tour has begun. We strongly recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment.
3. Medical Information.
Participation in our East African tours requires that you are generally in good health. Persons with any medical conditions and related dietary restrictions must inform us of these well in advance of departure.

Although it is rare in practice, Birding in Paradise Safaris reserves the right to change itineraries or accommodations if conditions warrant. If a trip must be delayed, or the itinerary changed due to bad weather, road conditions, transportation delays, government intervention, sickness, or other contingency for which Birding in Paradise or its agents cannot be held responsible or make provision to the best of our ability, the cost of delays or changes must be paid by the client(s).
5. Itinerary Cancellation.
Safety is our number one priority. Birding In Paradise Safaris reserves the right to cancel an itinerary before departure for any reason whatsoever, including too few participants or logistical problems such as strikes, wars, acts of God, or any other circumstances that may make the operation of the tour inadvisable.
All tour payments received will be promptly refunded, and this refund will be the limit of our liability. Birding in Paradise is not responsible for any expenses incurred by tour leaders in preparing for the tour, including non-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, special clothing, visa or passport fees, or other tour-related expenses.
