Day 3 : TRANSFER TO BUHOMA
After breakfast with your packed lunch, transfer to Bwindi (Buhoma) stopping here and there as you enjoy the art of the creator as you drive through hills and valleys, terraces, forests among others. The Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to half of the world’s Mountain Gorilla populations. This vast reserve offers arguably the most productive montane forest birding in Africa and supports 23 of Uganda's 24 Albertine Rift endemic bird species. Once part of a much larger forest that included the Virunga Volcanoes in neighbouring Rwanda, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is now an ecological island within a sea of human cultivation and is of immense conservation importance.

Day 4 : GORILLA TREKKING
fter an early breakfast, start gorilla tracking at 8:00 a.m. in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. While this is a very challenging walk, it is sure to be one of the highlights of a trip to Uganda and possibly one of the all-time nature highlights of our travellers’ lives. Gorilla permits are strictly limited in order to protect these cousins of ours. Each group is limited to eight participants at a time. We recommend you to wear good walking boots/shoes and carry good rain gear and enough drinking water. Trekking can be tough and challenging and so we trust you are in reasonably fit condition. You will carry a picnic lunch with you into the forest and you will be thrilled to have seen these rare primates (no guarantee) and the return journey could be easier
